The Val di Fiemme, a pearl of the Dolomites – mountain range of the Eastern Italian Alps-,
welcomes you among big green areas, covered in woods and centuries-old forests.
Dominated by the Lagorai mountain range and by the Pale di San Martino – now a Unesco
World Heritage Site – the Val di Fiemme is famous for the Paneveggio Natural Park, the
Pale di San Martino and the Monte Corno Natural Park.
Can you imagine a huge plateau at 1400 mt, surrounded by woods and forests, just in the
beating heart of the Val di Fiemme? This place is Bellamonte!
This small village is a real pearl of the Dolomites and it overlooks the Panaveggio Natural
Park, famous for its centuries-old red spruces. Spruce wood is the ideal raw material for
the construction of the Stradivari violin soundboards, thanks to their special “resonance”
power.

We are located a few Km away from important tourist centres like San Martino di
Castrozza, Predazzo and Cavalese: there you can find lots of seasonal events – in winter
and summer especially – related to local traditions and gastronomy.
