Dogs can run free in our private area of 15,000 square meters, where you will also find a dog area, a safe and protected enclosure of 360 square meters, where they can give vent to their desire for freedom!

Endless nature
Wide areas, wild nature, new adventures for your family: this is the Dolomites! Then, do not forget to pack your dog’s bowl! The Park Hotel Sancelso is set in a 15.000 m2 green area, within the Paneveggio Natural Park – Pale di San Martino; you can find a fitness trail set in a fairy forest right in front of the hotel. Both in winter and in summer, hiking with your dog is one of the most satisfying activities in Trentino Alto Adige. From easy to difficult paths, hiking and walking on the mountains will be an exciting outdoor activity.

Malga Rolle - Laghi Colbricon (Colbricon lakes)
Follow the road towards Passo Rolle, until Malga Rolle (alpine diary -1900mt). A hiking trail through the larch forest starts from this point, on the northern side of the Colbricon and Cavallazza peaks – easy and well-marked trail. At the end of the forest, you will enjoy an amazing view over the lakes – both in summer and in wintertime, when they are frozen most of the season. On the bankside of the second lake, you will find the beautiful malga Colbricon.
Bellamonte woods
The Bellamonte wood is just in front of the Park Hotel Sancelso: cross the road in front of our parking area and you will get there. From this point, it is possible to walk for more than 30 minutes through the forest, following a quite flat path. If you walk quietly, you may have the possibility to meet roe-deers, woodpeckers, squirrels and – if you are lucky- deers. Towards the end of this path, you will find a sensory trail: walk barefoot!
Val Venegia
From the Park Hotel Sancelso, follow the road towards Passo Rolle. About 2km before Passo Rolle, you will find a parking area where you can leave your car. Walk along the marked path to Malga Juribello. Following the Val Venegia direction, you will find Malga Venegia (1778 mt), Malga Venegiota (1824 mt), Baita Segantini (2170 mt) and Rifugio Capanna Cervino (2084). In each of these places, it is possible to taste dairy products of the Dolomites Cheeses Route. The whole hiking takes 7 hours, but you can choose to walk along a few parts of it.
